If there is an issue with an order placed and the shipment has already been sent out/lost. As stated above IzTheMadOne's Love2MadCosmetics is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.

When purchasing, please ensure shipping address is correct upon checkout. IzTheMadOne's Love2MadCosmetics is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the consumer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
